Is it possible to port a DOS or Amiga game called GODS to PSP or GBA, I know it came out on SNES and Sega Mega Drive as well but they are to fast compared to the DOS and Amiga version and not as good
Not unless the source code was released which it wasn't.
There is DOSBox which runs old DOS games and there is an Amiga emulator but both aren't very fast so you are better off with the Mega Drive version. That is it, that is all you can do.
