Gaming Pokesav - Platinum

I traded pokemon from my friend to have a new starting team from Gold version. However, since I have not yet received the second bade, they disobey me. I used the pokesav program to modify their trainer ids to my own. This worked, it shows up as if I had caught them. But they still disobey.

Each pokemon is level 14, I have the first badge. What am I doing wrong?

They should obey you since 2 badge mean obeying up to level 30

Yes indeed, if they were still marked as having been traded. They are not now, as the save file has been modifed and my trainer id added.
