Hacking Pokepark Pikachu's Adventure Freezes

Hey all. I was hoping you guys can help me fix my problem. This game (PAL) works great on my wii (using CFG USB Loader) except for the occasional black screen. Here's what happens (it happens every once in a while, but always with Leafeon): I'll try to make friends with a pokemon via battle, chase, ect. However (not sure if winning or losing matters) but after I run out of time when chasing Leafeon, the music slowly dies and screen fades to black (as it should, like a loading screen thingy), but the screen just stays black. No sound, no video. My wii becomes unresponsive and I have to manually shut it off. My specs are:

Wii 4.2U
cios 249 rev 19
cios 222

In CFG Loader:
Force NTSC
tried loading through both 249 and 222

Sounds like a bad dump. Try redumping
