Hacking pokemon y card to flash card save game transfer

For the longest time I have been playing pokemon Y on its own cart, having never setup online header for it on the sky3ds+ cart now. I now have that and want the save file to move over to my flashcard so i dont have to relie on the header. i tried svdt but it didn't show any save data on pokemon Y cart. are there any other programs i could try?

i use svdf regularie to extract and unsert my pkmn saves so iam not sure why it wont work for you. Ctr-card is the gamecard xxxxx55e is pkmn y if you use a cia. Did you make sure to mount the 3ds on the sky3ds? Anyway ther is also a homebrew svdf what is more userfriendly(displays game names)
