ROM Hack Pokemon X JKSM Restore save on a new 3ds

I dont know if I post in the good directory but my old hacked 3ds is broken and I did a backup of the save of Pokemon X and I bought the game.

Can I restore the save on a new 3ds without problem and use pokebank?

Your primary game save is on the cartridge itself... my understanding is that save managers essentially work somewhat like a patch, applied a new save file over the preexisting one. So whichever the last save you made was should already be on the game catridge (unless this is a digital copy, not sure how that would work). In any rate, if the memory card in the old DS is functional, you should be able to transfer your data to the new sd card which would mean you would keep the save files created by JKSM.
