i feel like the only way to stop them, if the checks put in place dont work right now, is to cut off the bank and just expand the 3ds games to enable finding the old pokemon in X/Y.

Pokemon are made solely of bytes. If you follow the same rules the game uses to generate those bytes, you can create them too. It's impossible to check who generated them. Are you following me? The pokemon format is well documented by now.

Do you have proof of these hacks, if so please show me a link. Only then will i probably not sign the petition that Nintendo would most likely try to fix on their own accords just like trying to stop people from using Gateway 3ds but i don't see a petition for that.

I don't really see the issue here - apart from possibly the fact that it was caught in a Premier Ball, but other than that it could as well have been legit for all I know (which was a quick crosscheck with Serebii).

Firstly this entei has the move Sacred Fire.
And then the infernape which was caught with its DW ability was "ONLY" released on english games and not Italian.
and just look at the torterra... IDD 00001 DW ability, caught as a starter.

NDS ones, yes, fair enough. Pokemon X/Y and all future Pokemon games? Well-within the realm of possibility. The Pokemon format has changed over time - new values were added periodically. There's absolutely no reason why future games shouldn't encrypt them, or even contemporary 3DS ones via patches. It's not rocket science, it's pure laziness.

For starters, Entei can now learn Sacred Fire, it's confirmed, so that's not a hack, and the rest are simply just Pokesav/Gen'd pokemon that were probably created to look like the real things which is not a hard thing to do and is very hard to know if they're "fake" since the data can be inserted perfectly.. It's not like these are game breaking hacked pokemon, they're "legal" pokemon and that's all. It's not like you see a Magikarp with the attack of 9000.

Hell, you can easily create those what you considered "hacked" pokemon legally. I don't see why a lot of people getting their panties in a bunch over some stupid fucking game. Either play it or don't play it.

^ Pretty much this. Sides, even the normal players can get those perfect pokemon, the only difference is time. Not only that, at this second, wonder trade is full of them, it's astounding.
