Hacking pokemon wi-fi trouble with this flashcart

i am on the latest beta firmware and when i try to play with people it goes along ok. but after a few turns i get the BSOD (blue screen of death) is it the flash cart casue my wi-fi for this game use to be very good it happend vs 2 people. what should i do.
