Also, the SD card you use can affect how it works. What SD card are you using?

If this doesn't work for you then it's most definitely your sd card that is causing you problems.

EDIT: Nope, nothing.
This is a well known problem with higher end MicroSD's. Smiths reported that Normatt had fixed Pokemon Black/White but didn't know if Normmatt had consulted the MicroSD issue. Just wait for an update or find an older 2GB card lying around.
