ROM Hack Pokemon WCDpatcher help

Hi, I created an event celebi wonder card made with pokesav platinum (because the HG/SS pokesav doesn't have a event edit button)
I then loaded that .pcd into WCDpatcher 1.43 along with the deoxys rom, changed the game distribution version to HeartGlod/SoulSilver
selected the region saved the new rom into my acekard 2i and I distributed it to my Pokemon HeartGold(U) But the wondercard didn't show up, any help?

Hey im the creator of WCDPatcher and ill be glad to help. Could you possibly send me the Celibi PCD file? or at least tell me where you got it from
Ill try and recreate the scenario and figure out whats up

Also, I might need your Pokemon HeartGold save file too

EDIT: Also, what do you mean by 'didnt show up'? Did the game not see any incoming wireless gift, or some other error?

I created a thread that had Pokemon Mystery Gift Editor on there, use that it's the easiest way to get Wondercards to HG/SS if it's on a flashcart, go onto my profile to find it.

What I mean by "didn't show up" means once I distribute my celebi pcd to my HG the WC will not appear or it will not show a preview after it says please pick up your gift from the delivery man in any pokemart
It only gives the pokemon and because no WC appears I can recieve this gift unlimited times which i Don't want to as it will not be legit

My HG is not on my flashcard, I use my flashcard for loading and distributing the event roms

hey i need help i want to be able to recive mystery gift as much as i want so i changed the session to 100 but it wont let me recive the gift once what am i doig wrong
