Homebrew Pokemon VC save dump

Has anyone had any luck extracting the save from the new VC games?

Both Save Manager and SVDT crash when trying to load the VC Pokemon games. It just stops on the red screen.

Other VC games work just fine.

Doing some digging it was suggested that the auto save needed to be turned off. The problem is that autosave is already off with these.

Any ideas?

Hm? I've been extracting my saves left and right and injecting them back. Works every single time~

(Side note: delete the secure value after importing so the save wont show up as corrupt)

Try save data filer if you have gateway/CFW.

I'm on the latest FW and only have homebrew access over oothax. Is there no way to access the save?

Unfortunately it can't install cia. I don't have custom firmware installed.

I'm in the same boat. OoT homebrew and red screen hang. Thanks for confirming I'm not crazy.

how? the save manager by jk is supposed to auto delete the secure value (thanks gocario!) but even then the data appears corrupted once it is exported.

I used JK save manager and it works perfectly... I edited my save to have the 3 starters and then I put it backin the game

I saw these but I can't install cia. I was too late to the homebrew game. Unless you know of a way to do it on 10.6 with basic homebrew.

JK's manager works fine for me. Though it is a CIA.
