ROM Hack Pokemon UM crash problem

Hi I'm new from the 3ds hack and I have a bad english (sorry).I download Pokemon UM with the .cia, but I can't play it because I got a black screen with these message :

How can I fix it ? I have a Old 3ds with Luma 8.1

If by "Pokemon US" you mean "Pokemon Ultra Sun" than you will be sad to learn that its NOT playable until Nov 17th. The CIA was leaked early - But that sadly doesn't mean its playable yet.

What is it ?
