Gaming Pokemon ultra sun to bank to home

Hi, I recently got a switch and getting pokemon sword. I opened up pokemon bank on my 3ds and i only had my living dex up to gen 7 not gen 8 (sun/moon).

haven't opened my pokemon bank for many years so it has expired. so from my understanding i need to purchase a bank pass to deposit more pokemon.
I created a new switch account as i didn't want it to be associated with my 3ds which has been hacked.

I have the funds on my switch, is it possible to share them between my 3ds as well?

hope this made sense, bit messy but help appreciated.

as far as i know if you're transferring hacked mons from gen 7 to gen 8, you *shouldn't* get banned. as long as you play your cards right (I.E. making sure you turn 'sharing data with nintendo' is off, turning off wireless on your 3DS/Switch when duping or using a hacked program) you should be fine.
