why don't you just get it from eshop?
(ok, waiting for the jp 'version' (all regions are the same) i guess)

but there is no use hoping, it will be available when it actually comes out.
it's a demo, it can't really be leaked early by a user.

for the game yes, it could be leaked a little early from the cart etc.
but the demo no... it will literally be out the second/minute it hits midnight in japan/aus, no?
