ROM Hack Pokemon Sun doesnt work after save edit

Pokemon sun stops working after editing the save file..
I just used pkhex to add few new pokemon into box. After importing and starting the game I just got a frozen screen.

Someone maybe know the problem?

Start FBI. Go to titles and click on the game. Delete secure value.

I had the same problem and that fixed the issue.
Let's see.

Damn. Did you have any backups of the save? Might have corrupted it.


I always recommend keeping an untouched/unedited backup

Ive deleted the savedata of pokemon sun by pressing Y+B+DPad Up.
After starting a new game I tried to usw pkhex to add just 1 pokeball and it freeze again after import.

What version of pkhex are you using? That's very odd

The latest hourly build is 11-23-2016 http://wiiusnax.com/pkhex/ but the most important thing is to always make a backup of the original save when editing it

If you have CFW use JKSV. This is what I use and I don't have any issue.
If you are trying to import your old save form the Lurantis leak, you need to make a new save first, you can then import your old save.

I am using jksv and i didnt play lurantis. got sun from free shop

Recent versions of PKHeX had issues with the Trainer Info section, but Kaphotics has fixed the issue. You pretty much need the latest build from GitHub (which seems to be this).
