bit of a coincidence it busted just before he dumped it in my opinion also doesn't no screen init do that so he could of just enabled that :/

Just to make it clear, leaking screenshots/footage is not the same thing as leaking the full game's ROM, even though both are illegal. Releasing the screenshots does not make it any less illegal to distribute the game binaries. Criminal law is not a "buy one, get one free" business.
