Gaming Pokemon Sun and Moon - %99 Zygarde Cell Bug

So I decided I wanted to get the %100 Zygarde as I have access to all of Alola.

I followed the guide on http://www.serebii.net/sunmoon/zygarde.shtml to hunt all of them down, but I have one major problem:

I've gone through this guide ten times, checking each area during the day and night (via the alternate world) and for some reason, I cannot find the last Zygarde cell at all!

I restored an old save to make sure that Zygarde cells appear in the alternate world, and they do.
I even tested to see if repels cause them to vanish, and they don't.

I have no idea how this happened, but this is a progress-breaking bug that makes getting %100 Zygarde without trading, impossible.

Can someone make an NTR Cheat for all Zygarde cells?
This is just aggravating.

Has anyone else encountered this glitch?

Just clone your 50% zygarde then put his cells into the core.Thats the fastest way to bypass this and if you want to keep your game legit untill you find the last cell clone 2 zygardes,put the first one into the cube then select merge zygarde with cube and cells then select the second cloned zygarde.You will then have 100% zygardes ability unlocked and you can transform him into zydoge with the core and tech him moves if you have the things for it in the core,if not just teach him the moves through pkhex

There is one cell at the left of aether paradise that only appears at night. It gave me alot of trouble, since no guide mentioned that it was night only. try that.

Weak, how are you supposed to get the awesome White Gundam then? Trade over a shiny one from XY and see if that works with the zygarde cube?

It is shiny locked, I've tried trading XY Zygarde as shiny, no dice. Is it nature controllable? Can you synchronize this or is it like Ash-Greninja where it has a default nature, that one was Hardy.

Only SR for nature change when you create a zygarde...

I'm having the exact same issue. Are you playing Moon, by any chance? Serebii has Sun, so I'm wondering if one of the cells is located elsewhere in Moon...

Yes, I am playing moon.
Most of the other cells in the game are in the exact same locations.
Pokemon Sun used Pokemon Moon as a base (Pokemon Moon's Version number is 16, Sun is 32) so it could be possible that when they ported Moon to Sun they found and squashed this bug.

One of the cells in paliona ranch only shows during the day which is what I was missing when looking through that guide. Found all the cells though in moon.

I have been trying to find my last cell that i am missong for 2 days now, I have checked everywhere at all times, even rhe opposite times shown on the serebii guide, is there someone that can clone a zygarde 10% or 50% and trade it to me?

Are you certain it's a cell and not a core? I had the same issue I thought I picked up all the cores but somehow one just bugged out for some reason.

I'm having the same issue with Sun. Specifically, the cell on Route 12 next to the punk pair that double battle is not appearing for me regardless of the day/night cycle. Does anyone have a potential solution or are we praying for an update?
