I can't find the save data in it the only ones that are not red are 00C9B 011C4 and 011C5... Also I'm on luma3ds cfw

011C4 = Omega Ruby
011C5 = Alpha Sapphire
00C9B = No idea.
It also depends on how you installed it. If you're playing it with a ROMFS in HANS then it doesn't have a separate save, it uses the SAME save from your regular Alpha Sapphire game with title ID 011C5. If you installed it as a .CIA and it has a Unique Title ID it would be the 00C9B, otherwise if it isn't it will still be 011C5
