i was going to ev train my castform but! im lazy and wanted to use vitamins to do so, and i know that 1 vitamin will give me +10 ev in the chosen stat.

80 Def / 252 SpA / 176 Spe

8 iron + 25 + 17 and the restoring 2 in SpA and 6 in spe i was going to get the normal way.

The problem is that i can't give them more then 10 vitamin bottles each. is their a limit on how many vitamins you can use?

and if i infect him with Pokevirus will i only need half the ammount of vitamins?

Pokerus only doubles EVs from battling, not vitamins.

Max 100 EV from Vitamins are allowed, so yes you can only feed 10 Vitamins for each stats (Until it hits the max EV allowed)

so you'll need 8 + 10 + 10, and then find the EV's hot spot
