Someone can answer my questions please.

1.- I beaten one time the pkmn trainer red, but after i beat him, i go to the mt. silver again to challenge him again and he disappears, can i rematch him? and how?
2.- where are the gym leaders to get their numbers of the pokegear? I WANT REALLY REMATCH THEM AGAIN
3.- where i can find the ENIGMA STONE for get LATIAS?
4.- any CELEBI works to activate the event of GIOVANNY?
5.- to get RAYQUAZA, i need the KYOGRE from the HEART GOLD? or any KYOGRE works (for example, my KYOGRE from the EMERALD VERSION)
6.- anyone knows the events for the HG/SS?
7.- i've check those videos about the pkmn trainer red than change their pokemon to the team of ash in hoenn region and the sinnoh team

2.Look at Serebii's guide, they're on specific places on specific times on specific days.

4.Nope, it has to have fateful encounter
5.It has to have its HG location as encounter location

There are tools for that IIRC, google is your friend.

1)Beat elite four and go back to mt silver, should be there.
2)Don't think you can get there numbers.
3)enigma is available through a wi-fi event although that might be finished if it is only way is cheats.
4)just try for yourself I'm not 100% sure on the celebi one but im pretty confident it works with any celebi
5)Only the kyogre from heart gold unfortunately.
6)Events that I know of are:
Arceus event
Jirachi event
pichu event
enigma stone event
groudon/kyogre event
rayquaza event
Those are all the ones I can remember, may have missed out one or two.

Those aren't events in that context, they're already in the game. Events need to be downloaded/traded for.
