Some things to keep in mind with the emu:
Vsync OFF
Handheld mode
using vulkan 1.1343 ryujinx build here for reference.
using firmware 15.0.1 with prod keys for 15.0
Running scarlet xci 1.0.1 in these codes case.

Using this is the cheat text file i use for ryujinx 1.1343 build (see attached file) the directory for the file is
C:\Users\YourUsernameHere\AppData\Roaming\Ryujinx\mods\contents\0100A3D008C5C000\cheats

place the attached text file, into that folder/directory to install my cheat text file in ryujinx.

Then boot the game up enable the cheats from the "actions" tab in ryujinx and youll see "manage cheats"

Try to enable say the first 3 only to test and make sure its working. Tick the boxes for these 3 codes.

[The Ultimate Shiny Code 1.0.1]

[Game-speed-Mod 2.5x v1.0.1]

[100% Capture Rate (on) (v1.0.1)]

Click Apply and save save on the cheats menu, then stop your game and reboot the rom and those cheats should then be enabled upon the next boot up of ryujinx.

Making all mons shiny, the gameplay smoother and every pokeball act as a masterball does. using just those first 3.

I was going through the game item text files and there some interesting key items were im like how do you get them legally??

the following items I guess exist I only know how to get one
Shiny Charm
Oval Charm
EXP Charm
Mark Charm
Catching Charm

I am guessing
EXP charm is exp share hidden
Catching Charm is also hidden you get upgrade version defeating the gym leaders

Scenario 1: A certain cheat is causing problem.
Solution: Take out codes 1 by 1 to determine issue.

Scenario 2: Your cheat title is too long or has symbols [-] making it crash.
Solution: Remove any unnecessary dashes, space out numbers in title, shorten cheat name. See scenario 1.

Scenario 3: Game crashes after turning on several cheats.
Solution: Don't use a lot of cheats at the same time. 6 or less. Obviously similar cheats might clash and crash on you.

How to Use Complex Cheats

Step 1: Enable the code titled "Encounter Mod On (v1.0.1)"
Step 2: Choose any of the following codes you want (You will need to edit your cheat file to customize these codes):

Then, replace XXXX with the column that says "HEX".
Finally, W is the form ID. For most pokemon, this will be 0. For Hisuian Pokemon, it is 1.

Then, replace YYYY with the column that says "HEX". Finally, encounter the Pokemon in the wild and catch it. When you catch the Pokemon, it will be holding the item you chose.

First off, think of a level from 1-100 that you want the Pokemon's level to be. Then convert that number (decimal) to hexadecimal. You can use an online calculator to get the proper value.
EXs: Level 1 = 01, Level 99 = 63, Level 100 = 64.

Step 3: Go inside a building. Then walk outside into the wild. All Wild Pokemon that spawn will now have the characteristics you set for them.

DOES NOT WORK ON EMULATOR. IF ENABLED BEFORE GETTING IN-GAME, YOU'LL CRASH.

Disable all other cheats

Basically, you get an item's quantity to two before enabling. Then go into your bag, enable then turn it off, and give one of the two items to your pokemon. The item quantity is now 999. Immediately turn off the code and turn on the disable code after the item says 999. Finally, save your game afterwards.

That's how you use it. Once again, random chance of crash, but usually it doesn't crash if you just immediately disable after the item count changes.

DOES NOT WORK ON EMULATOR. IF ENABLED BEFORE GETTING IN-GAME, YOU'LL CRASH.
open shop and turn on and off the activation code then buy or sell something. Next turn on the disable code .

In Falo Encounter codes spoiler if you read it you'll know, there's links for pokemon, and items. The 2nd row of these links (the links lead to posts in this thread by Rui-san), is the hex IDs. Look at the 2nd picture I posted.

STEP BY STEP RYUJINX CHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: (SEE PICTURE 3)
This assumes you have the game up and running, I ain't dealing with emulator troubleshooting:
Step 1. Figure out what version of the game you're on. This example will be for Scarlet and patch 1.01.
Step 2. open ryujinx, on main menu right click game, click "Open Mod Directory"
Step 3. double click the 'cheats' folder in here. If there isn't one, make one. Exactly like that, no quotes. cheats
step 4. place the cheatfile from OP or make your own 'B26A631109A29124.txt' (no quotes)
step 4a. put the cheats in this file. Make sure it's saved as .txt
step 5. Go back to Ryujinx, right click game again, click "Manage Cheats"
step 6. Activate/Deactivate by clicking the box next to them.
IMPORTANT:
For Ryujinx, say you want encounter.
You do step 5, select encounter cheats in step 6, then SAVE and EXIT RYUJINX, RELAUNCH IT, THEN LAUNCH THE GAME.

If this doesn't work I frankly don't know what to tell ya. Best wishes.
notes: Ignore mine says dirty 1.0 ryujinx, I just merged some PRs together that anons on /vg/ found useful to make my own comfy version this won't affect this at all.

In regard to the can we make an egg shiny thing i was thinking about that question. I recall a code from pokemon black and white 2 that went something like this. for the action replay.

I don't see why anyone would try that with this game, it sucks to hack and with the cheats we already have, we can just get the mons we want.
Essentially shiny cheat + encounter modifers + 6IV cheat reaches the same end.
