wondering is the legend plate and the orbs for dialga and palkia in the game?

it is in game but i dont think it does anything. i got an arceus with the legend plate with the encounter code but that legend plate disappeared when i took it from the mon. it might just be a key item or not yet implemented completely

Can't get the master ball code to work, I activate the encounter mod, then activate the encounter master ball code , a random eevee starts appearing everywhere, i catch it and when I check if it has a held item, it doesn't. Any ideas?

Turn on the encounter mod then turn off that code then you can turn on the item code like that or if you want a normal spawn but using that masterball
turn on and off the default encounter then turn on the item code

make sure you got latest build file.
go into a pokemart and activate code. try and buy somethig then see it change. then you can turn off and use disable code

it clearly does say you must have 2 of the item...

I took it as at least 2, not exactly 2. Either way it could help avoid any confusion from other people.

I've had this happen before. You have to enable normal encounter as well otherwise the game doesn't know what to do, it seems? Especially since you're otherwise not specifying what you want to appear and it just makes a wild guess. I think that's what it is?
... Or you just need to leave and go to another area, i didn't check that when it happened.

I mean, I activate the encounter master ball code, also the encounter mod, do i also need to activate the default encounter cheat? I did that, got a lvl 1 pkm, captured it, and still no held item on it.

yeah, I thought it was weird too, Togepi is in almost every gen, like Gastly.

true, but these eggs weren't dropped on their heads.
(all the encounter codes with a national dex number that's not in the game spawn as eggs.)

How do I use tm ids on encounter poke on cheat I tried but once i took item away it did nothing I want the grass tm for my pokemons

Starting at page 1, download the file for you game and game version

Go to ryujinx, right click in the game then select to open mods directory.

Create a new directory called Cheats

Paste the right .txt you've downloaded at page 1

Again in ryujinx, right click in the game then select manage cheats

Check what you want to be on

Start the game

any clue if the legend plate for arceus and the orbs for dialga and palkia in the game?

Yes the orbs are avaliable. The PLA ones and the OG ones, you get them from an auction shop in porto marinada once you have dialga, palkia or giratina in your game.

The same place also gives you the 18 plates for arceus. (it does not give you the legend plate)
I've tried force giving my self the legend plate through item editing and it just crashes my game entirely so I assume it's not going to be avaliable at all.

turn both of these on, then run a bit way from where you activated the cheats to spawn new pokemon, Eevee, catch the Pokémon and it will have the item. you could also used a move that steals held items.
