ROM Hack Pokemon Save Editor?

lol how the hell you get this to work i have used this on my R4 and Ez flash iv deluxe both dont work, when i load them up on the .32 and .38 it shows them edited but when i pop it back in mh R4/EZ Flash IV my items and pokemon are still the same.

I am using Pokemon Diamond BTW maybe this only works for pearl.

Do you mean choose national dex or 493.

Heres what I've tried so far.

Cargar....Chose my save file.

Cajas Pokemon Editar

then on Number 1 I clicked on Editar

Especie...Bulbasaur

Acceptar

the writing above I was running the program and writing down wht i did then i got to the pokemon bit again bulbasaur was there already with stats

yes i clicked on save in the editors, then i copied the file to my micro sd it does not work, as anyone tried with diamond, since i noticed in the previous posts it said pearl.

Don't ask questions lol.....Anybody who has managed to put Pokemon on there save file list what you did to get it.

I don't mean to be pushy I just can't stand the starter PKMN of this generation I'd rather have Bulbasaur instead of Turtwig.

An hour of playtime, with 3 Pokemon. Turtwig Level 7, Starly Level 3, and stupid Bidoof Level 4.

After that you have to click 'Guardar' in the main window to overwrite the save.

Explain to me please how you get Pokemon on

I want Bulbasaur at Level 5 with the attacks you get as if you had just started the game with him.

So Tackle and Growl I think it is.

Also with us test tube creating these pokemon will they level up like a legit Pokemon and learn moves at the correct levels...Like Vine Whip (I think it was around level 10) same applies for Evolution will they evolve properly, not grow a third nipple and such. ( I went a bit weird there lol I know).

Alright, besides this just not currently working for US saves right now there is one thing I can think of.
Are you actually replacing the save with the new one?
When you press guardar go to the micro sd card and doubleclick on the current save for PKMN on there, then it will be directly overwritten. Do NOT drag and drop it. Also, I use an R4, so that may have something to do with it.

Oh, and yes they do evolve ETC like a normal pokemon.

i open my sav

then i go to monster edit(already having all pokedex finished)

I choose the mon then name it

then i put that i own it

then i pt my id from the game or hit the id button

give it a move

go to the button editar status

give the mon its REAL status

then there i accept

i hit the guardar button

If all else fails you can always get the japanese version of the game, save in that, then edit said save, then change the savename to the american name, (J) saves work with the us roms, so that would probably be easiest to do

What about names and such won't they be in JAP. Also is it easy to convert JAP saves to USA ones. I only don't know as I've never needed to do it lol. How do you do that?

It should, but the font makes some parts incompatable with the (U) saves, the creator is fixing this right now.
Anyway, it is possible that pokemon editing is one of these things.

The version that Shadowboy posted works fine for me on Diamond (U) with my M3CF, I gave myself a Squirtle, Charmander and a few Master Balls with no problems.

Just change the name of the save, it will convert to the (U) version automatically.
As for the names, if you don't nickname them they will be in english. (JUst keep the species name)
