ROM Hack Pokemon Save Editor?

So how do you directly edit your save?

Copy the save from your game to the PC, through a flash cart or some other method. Then load the save in pokesav, edit it, save it. Load it back onto the game.

Does anyone know If its possible to get urself a black trainer card (5 stars)? I was able to get a gold one but I can't get a black one by using record edit (# of battles won). Black trainer cards are when u've won the battle tower 100 times in a row right?

I haven't cheated much yet on my game but, a tip, do a pkmn with 999 in all 6 stats and use it in the Battle Tower, no pkmn will be able to kill

(only if someone uses a OHKO-attack)

That's indirectly ruining online play, 'cos your data will be transferred to another person's DS.

Pokemon with 999 stats is quite easy to pwn. Destiny Bond = DEAD.

I don't do the battle tower online, I just do the do the single battle thing. Do you need to have an online winning streak to get the 5 stars or can it be any battle? And I'm not gonna change my stats, the game resets them anyway I think b/c it knows that 999 is impossible or sumthin.

Click Create near the Attributes box in the Pokemon Editor window and then click Shiny.

Yeah, it can be any battle.

Hey,I have AR, and Pokesave, when i download the codes to AR (PokemonPearl) It puts the codes in the Japanese games, can i change that, why does that happen, and i got the english pokesave.

You can't directly edit stats and have the changes stick. Stats are recalculated whenever you get a level up, or whenever you withdraw the pokemon from a PC box. The best you can do is increase its IVs and EVs. (IVs go up to 31, and EVs can go up to 255 each with a total maximum of 510.)

You can't directly edit stats and have the changes stick. Stats are recalculated whenever you get a level up, or whenever you withdraw the pokemon from a PC box. The best you can do is increase its IVs and EVs. (IVs go up to 31, and EVs can go up to 255 each with a total maximum of 510.)

Don't put all max for the EV's. It ruins the game.

Inside the xml file, there were 2 different headings. one was "Pokemon Diamond (JPN) and the other was "Pokemon Pearl (JPN)". From there, since there was no (ENG), i just copied the pearl part, and saved it as a code on my ACTION REPLAY DS. Then, i tried teh cheat in the game, pressed L+R everywhere, and nothing was changed...any ideas?

Okay... and how does this work? @o@ I mean, what does it change?

The higher your IVs and EVs for a certain stat, the more points you will get on that stat. For example by level 100 you will gain an extra 63 points on a stat that has 252 EVs. On a stat with 31 IV you will gain 31 more points by level 100 than if the stat had 0 IVs.

1. Can u use a pokemon with all 999 stats at battle tower?

2. Did the site quit updating it's pkm database may 19th?, because thats what it says last "updated may 19th", if not does anyone know when the database will be updated agian?
3 if the database is updated often, How much longer until the pkm database has all the pokemon in it?
