ROM Hack Pokemon Ranger 3 Rom isn't working on M3 Real and PC

Hi

I downloaded the Pokemon Ranger 3 rom yesterday and it doesn't work on my Pc(Win 7) via Nos$Gba or on my M3 Real Card.
So I wanted to ask you, whether somebody else has this problem.
Is there a piracy check in this game, like in HG/SS, too?

It would be very nice, if somebody could help me ;-)
