they are all caught with an AR, well in reality I just saved all the pkmn from my starter save from D/P and loaded em all into platinum

They can be traded in the Global Terminal, but they're just not legit.

If its caught on a place where it's impossible to find, its not legit (like a legendary in route 1 or something)
but that doesn't mean all pokémon caught on the routes where they belong are legit

For legit checking, try Legality Checker instead of pAC. It's much better.
