Lets talk about the leaked english Pokemon Platinum.

Pokemon Platinum (U) (Xenophobia)

I just started playing it, and I confirm it's legit status.

NOW LET THE ENDLESS POKEMON THREADS ROLL IN.

Jap saves work fine, you can either edit them with Pokesav to run as a english save, or change the name to the name of the rom

They've got suppliers...Xenophobia is quite good with early dumps. They also got the Japanese version out early.

By the way, it's not DLC, they're programmed in already, so if you open it in Tahaxan (Tihaxa), you can extract the sprites for the Gracidea Flower and the Secret Key (speaking of which, I'm going to check it's name for changes)

I knew it was a bad idea to pick up Diamond only a few weeks ago...
Any easy way to transfer the party from D to Platinum without having to use a second DS?
I mean, maybe tweaking something with Pokesav, I don't know.

Extract PKMs with Pokésav for DP, then load them with the Platinum Pokésav (http://www.pokesav.org/main/download-pokesav), and pop the sav into your flashcart.

I can confirm that the Secret Key retains it's name in the English version.

Amazing! How did they manage to get it?

Its 4 days before realese in stores, my guess is that hundreds of thousands of copies are being ship throughout the States, one or two might go up missing.

And I'll be picking up my copy in less than 5 days!
And my DSi just 14 days after that!
Yay for anti-piracy! Yay yay yay!

Suppliers = people who somehow get hands on copies of games
Suppliers get the games and then hand them over to the techies who dump the games and release them on the Interwebz.

Astonishing revelations.

Anyways, good thing it's out already.

I've been dying to try it in English, I can read Japanese but the thought of reading every single Kanji hurts my brain.

Umm, because my old save was heavily cheated and I want a clean start on my SOON-TO-BE-MINE BRAND-NEW, LEGIT, RETAIL PRE-ORDERED IN-STORE COPY of Pokemon Platinum.
Not a ROM.
