If you just overwrote the romfs, and those bytes aren't there, I think it should be ok

But the one you did looks naturally other than the fact that he's frowning :{. It's personal preference tho

how would i change the ow model to the dude you play as in x and y because thats not in oras i got it from x and y but screen just goes black

Does this works with pokemons? I found a shadow lugia model and wanna swap it with giratina model.
 
So how would we do it if we want to do like a randomizer and change the models? I have 2 romfs files, one with the randomizer and one with the edited models, so how would i like join them together to make it work together? Or is there another way? Thanks

2 romfs files or 2 downloaded hacks pre-unpacked. Either way, ditch the randomizer, and use pk3ds to randomize the romfs with the edited models.
