Homebrew Pokemon Neo Y Not Loading?

Hi guys, this is my first post. I know that these type of threads have been made many times before, but I just can't figure out what I've done incorrectly! Like many other threads have stated, I've dumped about 6 times and I've been doing so for almost the whole week! I've redumped, replaced the romfs file with the Neo XY ones, extracted, rebuilt, and followed countless tutorials. No matter what I do, I'll always get the rainbow code on the left side of the screen in HANS! Also, I have a New 3DS running 9.2 if that stuff is important. Can anyone help a fella out? Any replies will be greatly appreciated!

Nevermind, I figured it out. Over 40 people read this and didn't even bother to help. If you're stuck in the situation where you can't play just update your game and it should work.
