ROM Hack Pokemon Moon Save data corrupt?

I was playing Pokemon moon just fine. was already 2 hours in and saved. started the game even a few times saving was working.

But now the game says data is corrupt WTF???
Why and how can I fix it?

EDIT:
I got the save data corrupt error with Pokemon. Now i rebooted the game and it no longer says anything about corrupt. wth?
Now i really dont feel save playing this game knowing i might lose it all..?

Backup your save periodically with any CFW Save backup tool.
