Hacking Pokémon Let's Go, Pikachu! update 1.2 not visible in Tinfoil

I downloaded for the game Pokémon Let's Go, Pikachu! update version 1.2. This is a NSP file, 35 MB. I put it on my SD card and try to install it with Tinfoil. The update is not visible in the application. What is the problem and how can I solve it?

Report it to an admin. They have lives and cannot possibly comb through all threads on this forum.
