If the balls were cheated in, that won't work. If anything, this is what causes the issue to happen after using a code to add poke balls.
But after I added the Master Balls, everything seemed fine, and I didn't have the problems they encountered.

After I restarted the game, everything was normal. Is it because I'm not using an emulator?
No, I get the issue on switch hardware too.

What code did you use to add Master balls? Comparing that code to codes that are known to cause the issue could help identify what is causing it.

None of the codes can change my starter into a shiny right? I have to use the spawner code + the forced shiny code to get them before post game right?

None of the codes currently available will permanently modify your starter to be shiny, your understanding is correct.

You will be able to make that modification directly once pkHex is updated for Legends ZA in a few days, or if someone releases a code to modify your Pokemon's data directly.

Starters are shiny locked. In cut scenes it will be shiny but they won't actually be shiny outside since they are locked. It's kinda weird.

Thanks. I see a difference in the code I have been using and the one you have shared, I'm going to do some testing.

Does anyone know how to finish the side quest from Duve outside of WZ1 about a Shiny Mareep? I've used the Force Shiny code and confirmed that Mareep is shiny, but the quest still won't complete.

Could I request for more battle-related codes since this game is more battle oriented than any other mainline games: no cooldown move and infinite combat HP without affecting opponent, infinite buffs or not reduced stats during battle, etc? Also, if possible, code for doing Field moves (rock breaking, etc) with random move instead HM.

There are some battle related codes in the save file from the original post in this thread.

Some people say that using this will corrupt the save file, but it works fine for me.
No, the codes you have look like safe variants. The corruption was being caused by early item codes that were only two or three lines long. They incremented the item count, but didn't actually register the item internally, so when you went to save your game it corrupted because the game thought it had 999 of a null item.

I know. There are cheat codes for no cooldown moves and Max/Infinite Mega Energy.

But no cooldown move code affects both my own and opponent Pokemon. For Mega one, I havent tested it yet.

Someone posted infinite HP codes, but some dont work, some affects both my own and opponent Pokemon.

Beyond the codes in the OP of this thread, I haven't seen any that are confirmed working. A lot of the codes published early were superficial, like the HP bar looked like it wasn't draining, but internally the Pokemon was still taking damage and could die.

Good battle codes will take a while to get published, because this is a new battle system that is still being investigated in terms of the underlying code and mechanisms.

Is there a forced 30 fps mod? I can get 30fps inside, but in the overworld Im at 14-20 fps usually. I don't want to use the 60 fps mod because my gpu definitely can't handle that since I have a non gaming laptop right now.

Yes, someone is really enthusiasm in posting cheat codes without testing them, resulting huge list of codes published everywhere but I have read lot of them either not working or causing crash/corruption. I have only tried and tested battle- and exploration- related codes, not inventory or encounter ones, and reported if these codes work or not. I think those inventory codes cause quite problem. For inventory modification, I would rather wait for pkHex.
