I agree with you there. But his tone and the way he said it was just out right rude. He could've worded it better to make it sound a whole lot less rude. Eden has a whole discord server for problems with that emulator.

just wait for pkhex bc pkhex makes that cheat completely pointless bc you can create whatever Pokemon you want whenever you want.

I like that cheat because its easy for side quests. But master balls does the same job when pkhex is available.

Yeah sometimes i dont like using PkHex. If all the answers to cheat requests are "Wait for Pkhex" then just delete this whole thread lol

Yeh same. Didnt want to say that but you are right. Also making pokemon in pkhex ruin the gameplay a little. Part of pokemon is catching them also good for shiny hunting.

I just play Pokemon for the story now and don't bother catching them.

True, but some folks like to catch all of their Pokémon in-game vs having to create them. Having options is a good thing. To each their own.

so little update, Ryubing seems stable running the game. able to get past the Ryujinx crash location. however DO NOT install the 1.0.1 update as it will crash the emulator and u wont be able to play the game. for now stick to base 1.0.0

When I load it in Ryubing it gives me an error. Runs other games fine, but not this one. Get this error:

Ryujinx has encountered an error
No applications found in selected file.

Any suggestions? Already updated it.

On eden and steam deck the game boots but opening movie after title and text is flashing colors and not showing anything. Except text boxes. Any fix for that?

Ignore the rude people here. I had this problem too. Go to settings > Graphics > Extensions. On Vulkan Dynamic State, put Extend Dynamic State all the way to the left. Have fun with the game.

How can you tell what firmware Ryubing is on? I have the latest update, I assumed that would include newer firmware.

For those wanting to play at 60fps on Ryujinx, i recommend while waiting to take a look at Lossless Scaling, it work pretty well so far for me!

you have to install the firmware manually on Ryubing

you can see the firmware in the bottom right corner. Ryubing itself doesnt come with a firmware, you need to download it seperately

I am on:
14.1.2

Guess I need to update. I installed Ryujinx over 2 years ago and used it fine, I guess ZA requires new firmware. When I downloaded Ryubing everything else loaded right away, saves, games.

To update firmware, what should I do (and backup) to ensure I don't screw up my install?
