Edit #1: If you can't load the save using a your usual save manager on a Switch try a different one. Also, if the game freezes while talking to the professor, let it do it's thing until it's unfrozen (might take a while).

Edit #2: TO LOAD THIS SAVE FILE, YOU MUST BE RUNNING CFW ON YOUR SWITCH (i.e. YOUR SWITCH MUST BE HACKED)! YOU NEED TO USE A SAVE MANAGER LIKE JKSV OR CHECKPOINT TO LOAD THIS SAVE.

Are you using an emulator? I backed up my save from my actual switch console so if you're using it on an emulator it may or may not work.

I don't think there is an option to sort the pokemon automatically so out of luck there. As for the inventory, you can just open the inventory menu and press the "-" button on the left joycon and it will get sorted automatically.

To use this save file you'll have to use an application like Checkpoint or JKSV on a hacked Switch. Don't know if it's possible to load it on a non-hacked switch and even if you could I wouldn't since the save was started before the game released so you run the risk of a possible online ban.

ok, I tested it again and it seems to softlock for some seconds when reporting to the professor for the 1st time then it's all good
