i cant for ther life of me get the cheats to work, i open ryujinx, right click game, go to 'open mod directory', drag the rar. file over and reload game but nothings there

I'm afraid not
that is too complicated,
requires a lot of code
At present, only the Original Pokemon ID (Ndex) is arranged in descending order

Need to long press the 2 buttons (R-Stick and +) for 2 second

May keep Pressing R-Stick in this page

And then press + for 2 second

The arranged Pokemons had not been shown in the left, but it does on the right.

If it does not arrange, press + for 2 second again (without releasing R-Stick).
