How does one actually get the rom before the release date?

For some reason, Japan had the US versions before the US did. I guess that's one way of it reaching the web.

I don't know coding. I'm just stating what might be real. If AKAIO can play without any 'AP FIX', it means there might be no AP at all? Since AP fix is mostly on the ROM (Correct me if I'm wrong) OR the AP is detecting the transfer rate between the flashcart and the console or something like that. Meh.

Decrypt it than. I suspect the problem lies in how the flashcart is coded and not much about AP.

Flash carts aren't coded, they are microscopic etches in which Game data is written to.

This Game data consists of all game code, and a 1:1 clean dump consists of all of that data, including AntiPiracy techniques.

IF the gamedata is checking a portion of hardware, then it will show up in the games memory or register usage and can be patched out.

Noooooo wayyyyyy!!!!!!, I have been trying to get a hold of one of my mates who lives in the states and he just got back to me, He is a HR manager for nintendo, he got some information for me from some of his co-workers, apparently there is a rumor "around the office" that nintendo itself leaked the US rom out early with defects, this way by the time the game actually came out, the net would be so flooded with defected roms, that any newly dumped roms, of the good version would be harder to find. If this is true,

You didn't offend 'us' personally, but every other emulator/flashcart has had no luck with the ROM. The strange thing is that AKAIO 1.5 doesn't work with the rom, but 1.6 does. There might be something between the two updates that holds the key.

Sorry I snapped, we are all on edge cause of this "unbeatable" anti-piracy.

And this type of argument is making it even harder to keep track of what's happening. Please let's stop doing this. Can't a mod or admin delete all of these posts so that it's easier for someone that comes now to understand what's going on? (this post is obviously included)
