Gaming Pokemon HG Freezing

I have a CycloDS and i updated it recently to the 1.57v firmware and i got Pokemon HG
Game runs fine except sometimes i get a random freezing with the game, i go to battle a trainer and the music plays and the trainers come on screen but nothing else happens
This has happend twice now and i save frequently but i never know when its gonna happen, i wasted 40 minutes on one playthrough
Is this problem commen, ive searched topics and all i can find is stuff about black screens

I've got the US version if that helps..

make a backup of your microsd card.
Format using Panasonic SD formatter
Download Latest CycloDS
put your games back on your mircosd card and try again.

Actually, you should get CycloDS firmware version 1.58B2, that's the one that solves your particular problem.
