Gaming Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver Random

Hi, unsure if this is in the right place or not so apologies in advance.

This morning I have loaded CFW to my 2DS. I want to play a randomised version of Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver however when using the randomised rom it brings up the AP patch warning on twilight.
When I use a non randomised version it doesn't. One of the random versions crashed on my with black screen and unloaded textures.

Is there a way to fix it?
