How can i put these cheats into my r4?

Go here and download the R4CCE. Load your user.dat cheat file on your microSD card, and it's simple after that.

As for my "Communication Error" situation, I just retried the codes - both, in fact. The reset first. Then after a crash, the "All Phrases" code.

For anybody who'd like to see my situation, I've uploaded a new save here.

What happens is, when I go into the Union Room and press A next to a Player Trainer, or when I select "Chat" from the menu options, I get a blue screen saying there's a Communication Error, and my game resets. Other people had this, but the "Reset Phrases" code seems to have worked for them.

Anyhow, I'd appreciate it if someone would like to look into it. I'm at my last ends with it, so I'm just calling it quits and coming to terms with the fact that I'm 75% through a Pokemon game and I've lost the ability to trade.

see whether did you manage to RESET the phrases

Alright. That save might have been after I did the reset, and then tried the NEW "All Phrases" code. So All the phrases might be activated. But go ahead and try the reset on yours and see if you have any better luck.

Nvm...the Quick Screen Change code can be in full effect if you put the "Fast Text" code on.

Just beat the Elite Four today with an Umbreon, Espeon, Glaceon, Leafeon, Jolteon and Flareon team. Finally got that Bulbasaur evolved to a Venusaur, got a Blastoise and a Charizard. I've been more focused on grabbing sets of Pokemon than I have actually playing the game.. I feel like I've been dragging.

@elixirdream, I thought the Shiny Pkmn code on post 1 already worked on Legendaries? It did for me, anyway, on the majority of stationary ones... unless this applies to the runners as well (Entei, Raikou, Latios/Latias).

btw the wild shiny pokemon works on legendaries, roaming or sprites, i turned it on for a shiny mewtwo just to see if it worked which it did.
I was also wondering if there are any other special events besides the Pichu, Arceus and Celebi ones?

you will get a crown leaf after obtaining 5 of them ;P

you need to go to your pkmn pc - choose storage - marking - confirm

i don't have to mark them only choose confirm?
or do i have to do something special i choose move pkmn and highlighted eevee went to marking choose confirm and then gave it a rare candy and he didnt evolve

you can click confirm without any marking
