ROM Hack Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver Problems

Hello.

My game is continually crashing in Ecruteak City as I try to progress. The exact error that I keep receiving is,"The rom-image has crashed." I am currently using the Kazo's Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver Translation Version 5 with Rudolph's anti-piracy patch. I was wondering if I was doing something wrong, and what else I could possibly do to solve this problem.

What I have tried (none work):
No$Zoomer
Pokefix (tried somewhat, I have not gotten to Ecruteak City yet)
One translation patch
Rudolph's translation and anti-piracy patch

I am also using these Action Replay codes in raw format as they are supposed to help.

Run your Nogba on Bios and you won't need the code or Rudolph's patch. And it won't crash at all.
Look on Google for instructions.
