There is tons of them. Visit Pokemon community and go to the "Hack showcase" thread in emulation. Go to the Hall of Fame sticky. That should list tons of hacked GBA & GBC that is PLAYABLE at 100%. Not all of them is finished, but checking on OLD projects in the hall of fame thread should net you some FINISHED products.
