Hacking Pokemon game regions?

So I am halfway though pokemon ranger and discovered my game was US
all my real physical pokemon games are EUROPEAN

so i'm going to get pokemon ranger again, this time a EU one

will i have to start over?

can i still use the US .nds.sav on future EU game?

i hope the game doesnt corrupt or freeze when they say "colour" or "harbour" or something

can pokemon ranger series (pokemon ranger, shadows of almia, guardian signs)

can they transfer the event pokemon regardless of region?
