I bet you simply tried importing that picture right? Dude seriously if you're this bad at hacking then you should have learnt much more before attempting to hack the game/making a thread about the hack.. You should learn all of this stuff (there's plenty of tutorials and instructions on the internet) then come back and continue progress on the hack. To be honeat I think you just saw Hoenn white and decided to do the same thing only with the sinnoh region this time, without looking into how to properly hack pokemon Black and white.

Honestly, if you are having so much trouble with this, you should have waited until you got enough better at it to the point here you don't need to ask your audience for help. A few "Having a hard time with this"s are fine, but if you keep posting "It won't change it just give me white screen" or "I don't know how to upload pictures" it really, really is going to bring you a lot of pain.
