ROM Hack Pokemon diamond Sprite hacking?

Hello Gba Temp!!!
so i waited one jeah and know i hope its out (XD)
is there any way to add a Sprite Hack in it?? like bloody dialga in the bloody diamond hack???
hot did he do this? with wich tool he has replaced his sprite wıth the original???

Please Help me guys i know its possible!!!

theres a great program called pokedspic. u will need to extract the pokegra.narc file i think and open it up in pokedspic
