Hacking Pokémon Crystal VC cannot be found in freeshop

In freeshop, I can find all Kind of Pokémon games, including Pokémon Gold and Silver. However, there is no Pokémon Crystal. What is the reason for this? What did I wrong?

...Don't use freeshop.
Just download the cia file and install it thru FBI or GodMode9.

You must've been using an older enctitle file. It's all pointless since Nintendo updated their servers to block Freeshop download.
