For completion's sake, here's Brilliant Diamond 1.0.0 60/30 fps codes.
I'll keep a repo of these fps codes here too.
@SkyQueen Would you mind adding them to the 1.0.0 cheats?
Also would you mind tweaking the tag on the 30 fps cheat in the main post?
(You've got me as 9BitWonder instead of 8BitWonder)
NPCs do seem a tad faster with 60FPS enabled, but I personally didn't see it as a problem.

Pathing is not touched with these cheats, only the framerate.

ah okay, how hard would it be to fix the npc movement speeds do you think? not a major issue of course but does look a bit silly
Hard to say; If lucky their pathing speed could be adjusted with some romfs mod, otherwise if it's something that would require another cheat or exefs patch(es) to fix it'd be a bit trickier.
I mean considering the game is only meant to be run at 30 fps on the only system the game was developed for, should be lucky that player movement uses delta time instead of tied to fps. MC would be zooming through the streets at FPS higher than 60+
Is it possible to add a cheat to move boulders without having 6th badge? Having the strength skill alone doesn't work.
Yeah in all honesty I was pretty surprised to see how most things didn't seem bothered by a higher framerate.
I was anticipating in-battle animations to be botched but was pleasantly surprised when it seemed to just be pathing speed that was affected by higher fps.
Yeah a lot more games seem to be using delta time for their animations/physics rather than fps which is a good thing, you don't have to deal with shenanigans when fps drops/increases or anything like that.

And after Reciving the 3th Badge i can't use Fly from the Poketch
I can click it but i can't fly to a Location.
I have catched a Trainer Pokemon and learned him Fly but nothing.

So I'm curious. Since we know that all the data for pearl is right there in diamond and probably safe to say same the other way around.
Could we use cheats to give oursesles the items to spawn the version exclusive legendaries like ho-oh/lugia/dogs/birds?
Pretty much the only reason I'm waiting for pearl is it's exclusives so just wondering if it's possible to give yourself those items on platinum and access the events for them.

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.
The issue is DRM -

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
