Hi. I got some non-Unova pokemon from Dream World. If I trade them away before I get the National Dex, will their entries still appear?

Yh they will when U have Unova Dex U get the Pokemons entry number as question marks, but when U get National Dex then it will have its normal number and U will have it in Ur National Dex!!!

Yes I know, but if I trade the pokemon away before I get the Nat. Dex, then I won't have thos pokemon when I get the Nat. Dex. Will the full entries appear anyway because I used to have the pokemon?

I would say yes. The National Dex still exists in the game, you just aren't allowed to look at it yet. No reason it won't be keeping track of anything you've owned.
