Download the DS-Scene ROM tool from filetrip (somehow the direct link didn't work for me). If you cannot find it in filetrip use Google and add "filetrip" at the end.

Download and install and the auto updates... As for the CMG, I picked USRCHEAT.

Open the ROM and wait for it to be identified, then go to AP header to see if its available.

If there is, click on "export" header and export patched ROM. Voila.

Can't do surveys. Is this uploaded anywhere else? You can give the file name, just not link to it by the site's rules.

So far it can't be found anywhere els. You'll need a mobile device to bypass the surveys.
