Gaming Pokemon B/W Wireless problems

I recently got the patched version of Pokemon Black on my m3i zero and one problem that I seem to have is that the wireless options on the C-gear don't work

Anyone know of a reason or solution for this?

I haven't found anything in the forums. If I missed something, i'm sorry for reposting.
