ROM Hack Pokemon B/W union room not working. More AP?

Basically on both Cyclo DS evo and EZ Flash Vi whenever I try to go the the UR in my Black version it just black screens on me. I'm using the initial Hex-editing fix and the game has been working just fine except for this.

EDIT: Nevermind I saw the updated Child's Play patch
