ROM Hack pokemon b&w spriting

i need help with the sprites as every time i try it either makes the characters corrupt or looks normal any one help?
if interested spriters wanted.

If you have a thread for your pokemon project you should ask there. If you don't have a thread than you shouldn't be asking as that means the other basics you should have for starting a thread are not there. Starting a thread for this is a big waste. Its like me posting an entire new thread for help with digimon story lost evolution graphics. There is no point as I can ask in that thread.

think things are going too slow. Well sorry to tell you this but most projects of that type of hack take a very very long time(even with a team). If you don't have a thread and If you cannot put the time to get that thread then why are you asking others for help when you can't even take that small amount of time on the basics.

edit: could you elaborate as to what you mean by they look too normal? but not here ask in the tutorial...(I would assume that if they fit in with the other pokemon than you have done your job and should move on to the next sprite...)
also please ask in the tutorial thread if indeed your images seem to be corrupt. Cause the steps you need to follow are there NOT HERE. they are there...
